There is so much evidence to show that meditation is an effective way to become less anxious, less stressed and happier. You can take challenges to keep yourself motivated to meditate. For example a seven day meditation challenge with a reward when you complete it. The app also gives you stats on how long you have meditated for and how often, which is also helpful and quite motivating to see.

I noticed that the app also gives you inspiring quotes as notifications or first thing in the morning, I like the messages because they are so positive.
