meditate to build self esteem

I earn a small commission on purchases of recommended books, audios etc. This helps me continue my work on this website. Thanks for your support!

There is so much evidence to show that meditation is an effective way to become less anxious, less stressed and happier. But did you know that you can meditate to build your self esteem and confidence? Here are the best meditation tools that you can easily use each day, tried and tested by me, Karl Perera.

I have successfully used meditation tools to help me deal with low self esteem and depression, so I know what an important self help technique it is and how it can help you. I am currently using a wonderful app, Meditopia, on my phone to meditate for about 10 minutes a day and my review of this app is below. The guided meditations are so enjoyable and can be used each morning, they are having a very positive effect on my mood and thinking!

The Meditopia App – Mindfulness and Guided Meditation for Self Esteem

A Life-changing Personal Approach to Your mental Health and Well-being

Over 12.8 million people around the world are using this app and I am one of them. I’m reviewing this app for you because I love it and find it extremely helpful. In my opinion it is one of the best meditation tools I’ve tried. I’m becoming more mindful and accepting of my thoughts and emotions, all good for building self esteem.

Meditation app - Meditopia

Let’s move onto the app itself. After loading it on your phone you can get a free trial for a week (if you click this link you can get a special 30-day Free Trial of Meditopia ) and test the app for yourself. It’s completely functional for a week, with no restrictions. This means you can use it and see if it is for you.

The app is very easy to use and well designed. It opens with a recommended daily meditation on topics such as gratitude, being kinder to yourself, accepting life etc. Today, my meditation is about self-judgement. I’m looking forward to doing the meditation later when I need a break from work.

These daily meditations are about ten minutes long and are very restful. They remind you to put your thoughts into perspective and to respect your emotions and feelings. The voice they chose for the English version I use is a very soothing female voice, I imagine she must be a professional, maybe an actress, because her voice is just right for the meditation.

Once you relax, you are taken on a short journey of self discovery. After the meditation finishes, I feel completely relaxed and ready to continue my day with renewed energy!

You can take challenges to keep yourself motivated to meditate. For example a seven day meditation challenge with a reward when you complete it. The app also gives you stats on how long you have meditated for and how often, which is also helpful and quite motivating to see.

I noticed that the app also gives you inspiring quotes as notifications or first thing in the morning, I like the messages because they are so positive.

You can select a meditation for your mood. For example, if you are anxious, you can choose a suitable meditation to calm you. Each meditation is tagged for different moods so they are easy to find.

The cost of the app is very reasonable. There are sometimes special offers, but generally the price is $9.99 per month. For a whole year I think $59.99 is great value at just over a dollar a week.

Fully Working Extra Free Trial Offer of Meditopia

I am able to offer you a special longer 30 day free trial. Normally the app offers you only 7 days free. So grab this special opportunity now…
