    Hi. This is the best guidance for lots of issues that I have come a cross on the internet .From Karl .
    And I want to thank him.
    Anyway I think I have a good self esteem in some departments . I can easily say my opinion and explain my self to others .
    But as a female and when it comes to have somebody to love me i find that uncomfortable . I think that I am too much of an empath. Need lots of space and time alone. Don’t like group. Dont like working in a groups or belong to a group.

  2. I have very low self esteem. I am an office worker and become jealous of the doctors patients especially of older women who are much more educated than me with careers, graduate degrees and older but better looking especially those with marriages that last even through their tough times I email the patients with fake email addresses and forward ads to their emails that I am wishing will upset them. Help me ! I have psych issues but know the doctor(my boss) well and know how to fake nice to most people I have very low self esteem and know that I need a psychiatrist HELP ME

  3. I know I have a high self esteem that’s why I am a happy person, I feel contentment and an inner peace.

  7. I have always been low-self esteem. I’m always scary to do thing for myself. Because I hard of hearing. I think people laugh at me. Don’t won’t to be around me because I not like them can’t hear and talk funny. My husband with left me. I think because I not like him. I think because his tired been around a hard of hearing person. His want to be around people like him that can hearing and talk normal like him. I just don’t know how to get on with my life anymore. all I do now it cry all the time. I would like to stop cry and get my self esteem
