Daily Affirmations

In many ways, our lives stem from our thoughts and beliefs. Nonetheless, as we move forward with our lives we need to translate our thoughts into words, and words into actions. This is when you’ll start to see real change in your life. With the right attitude and mentality, words can really work towards improving the quality of our lives – daily affirmations do just that.

Affirmations are effective as they help restructure our brain and help us reassure ourselves that our dreams are within reach and possibilities vast.

A while back, I answered an email and provided a visitor with a list of six powerful affirmations. Each of the six affirmations covered topics related to building your self esteem. Here are the headings and the list of affirmations. If you want to use them I suggest you print them or write them out and read them several times daily.

Daily affirmations only work if you say them repeatedly so they start to get into your subconscious and change your thinking.

SELF ESTEEM:

I love and approve of myself.

or

Many people look up to me and recognize my worth; I am admired.

INCOME:

Money is joyfully attracted to me.

SELF CONFIDENCE:

I now take charge of my life. I believe in myself.

or

I am the architect of my life; I build its foundation and choose its contents.

HAPPINESS:

I am willing to be happy and I celebrate each day with joy and happiness.

or

Happiness is a choice. I base my happiness on my own accomplishments and the blessings I’ve been given.

RELATIONSHIPS:

I am blessed with an incredible family and wonderful friends.

or

I attract loving and satisfying relationships into my life.

SELF WORTH:

My talents are in demand and my unique gifts are appreciated by those around me.

or

My ability to conquer my challenges is limitless; my potential to succeed is infinite.
