Not Practicing Self-Care
Practicing healthy self-care habits is an essential part of feeling good in your own skin. You should be grooming regularly, getting enough sleep, and eating the right kinds of foods.
How can you expect to feel like your tank is full if you’re not giving yourself what you need? Make sure that you’re treating yourself the way that you would like others to treat you.

Lack Of Sleep
Sleep plays an enormous role in how good we’re feeling. Every night your body needs to recharge in order to function at its best. When you’re running low on z’s, it’s easier to feel sensitive or susceptible to sadness.
Try to get at least eight hours of sleep a night, and if possible, more if you need to catch up. Try getting at least a week straight of good sleep, and notice if your mood improves or not.
Depending On Others Too Much For Approval
A lot of people put all of their eggs into one basket in their relationships. When they wind up getting hurt or abandoned by someone they love, they allow it to convince them that they’re unworthy of love.
This is one of the biggest reasons why people jump from relationship to relationship. However, learning to love yourself without the approval of others isn’t just beneficial for you, but also for your future relationships. Learn to love yourself unconditionally!
Lack Of Vitamins and Nutrition
Believe it or not, proper nutrition plays a significant role in how well you’re feeling. Lacking essential vitamins and nutrients can result in feeling sluggish and down.
Try to make sure that you’re getting plenty of raw fruits and vegetables and lean proteins.
Some people are more susceptible than others to the effects of the weather. When there is a lack of sunlight, they tend to feel depressed. If you notice that you tend to feel off on days that are rainy or grey, ask yourself whether it may just be a case of seasonal blues.
